Our technicians are factory trained on the latest products and licensed with the State of Arizona-Department of Weights & Measures. Our service trucks are stocked with parts, new & loaner equipment to insure your "Down-Time" is kept to a minimum.

Our premier calibration services aid our customers in maintaining their quality control requirements, with both on-demand or scheduled preventive maintenance programs. One of the best ways to maintain your equipment at factory-like standards is to establish a Preventative Maintenance Program. With an program/agreement in place, Scale Center of Arizona agrees to routinely inspect and test scales and weighing devices at your job site.


Routine “Preventive Maintenance” of your weighing equipment will include the following:

Pre-inspection for physical problems and levelness.

Testing for weight accuracy with known certified and traceable weights.

Testing for counting accuracy by sampling and counting with known units.

Testing for truck and heavy duty scales with our certified mobile test cart delivering 21,000 lbs of certified test weights to provide accurate testing for heavy duty applications.

Performing calibrations as necessary. All adjustments and repairs, which require new parts, structural changes or machine work, will be invoiced at the preferred agreement rates.

Completion of an inspection report (if required) with make, model, serial numbers, location, capacity, pre-inspection accuracy and corrected accuracy if applicable.

Placement of a signed inspection sticker on each device which includes the devise serial number, date serviced, date of the next scheduled calibration and the technician’s initials.

Testing with our Hiab articulated truck crane makes hard to reach scales such as dock, concrete batch plants and tank scales accessible with our equipment that delivers up to 15,000 lbs of certified test weights.P5090002.JPG
