The LTS lift truck scale concept established the design standards for most of the mobile weighing systems available today, and is a principal entry in the LTS Lift Truck Scale product line. Lift Truck Scales manufactured by LTS feature a unique single load cell design that is extremely useful for a wide variety of shipping and receiving operations and applications in virtually every segment of the industrial marketplace. Since its introduction, the LTS standard lift truck scale has continually demonstrated superior load sample linearity, enhanced serviceability, as well as improved heel-to-toe/fork-to-fork accuracy. In addition, it's rugged design and construction offers a variety of safety features and can be built with a capacity of 50,000 pounds.

LTS Offers three styles of Lift Truck Scales:

  • Non-Legal for Trade Cleat Type Carriages
  • Legal for Trade Cleat Type/Hook Type Lift Truck Scales
  • Bar Mount/Pin Type Lift Truck Scales Specifications

Accuracy: Digital accuracy to 1/10th of 1% of scale capacity with the lift truck mast in a level position (Note: An option is available that would automatically maintain this high degree of accuracy even in an out-of-level condition).

Durability: LTS Lift Truck Scales utilize a system of multiple flexures, which absorbs the constant shock of load-bearing while transferring the weight to a single-cell load mechanism. These critical elements have no moving parts, reducing the possibility of failure. Flexures are manufactured from special hardened spring steel. This combined (flexure/single-cell) design provides superior load-sample linearity, as well as both heel-to-toe and fork-to-fork accuracy with greatly enhanced durability.
